Neeed to chew on the ear of a zx-14 rider who is challenged in the shortness stakes...

Need to understand how comfortable they are long distance... and if there are aftermarket footsets that push the feet position back abit......

Hoffy.. interested,
and i am inclined to agree on the 12 being roomier...

But they dont make the 12 new anymore..
and i really want a new new bike :o(

.. so i need to know what can and cant be done to make the 14 'livable'/...

Yeah mate, the 14 is the best option just get some rearsets for it from kaneg, max 400 bucks, your problem will be fixed, and they look better too than standard pegs..you'll get used too watevr you buy

As for the shortness stakes...I'm 6' 4" and don't find the 14 seat at all comfortable after any more than an hour.
But then I am an old c##t with bad circulation from 28 yr's of smoking and Chemo to boot
I'de rather die happy than Richo

Seiko,,, So I'm assuming you aren't tucking in your knees into the bodywork indent?

It's not soo much the seat.. it's more the seating position....

Seiko's sore arse comes from years doing the midnight shift at the blue oyster..not the seat
