Didnt get far.... :(

I just come home from a nice fast ride. Wanted to go into town, bike had cooled down, was around 5pm. Not that cold. Turned out of the driveway, accelerated, bike just spun out of my hands down the road
No damage to myself, and not a great deal to the bike, shogun crash knobs saved my tank and the extra large spools also got a grazing. low side of the left faring got a bit of a scratching, but that was already a bit damage from when it rolled off the stand.
The biggest damage was the top part of the faring near the accelerator. It completely snapped off when my hands came off the bars, wtf.
Anyway, now i know those crash knobs work lol.

bugger...
you were probably used to the stickness of the tyres after the fang, and just instinctively gassed it.

yeah thats probably it. Not too much damage. A pretty cheap lesson i guess

I feel for you mate
did the same thing about 7 weeks ago but high sided.
$8,500 worth of damage
but lucky for me i was fully insured.
