Motorcycle Turntables

Does anyone have any experience with motorcycle turntables? My garage is at the bottom of a slope and its a pain to turn the bike around in a single width garage. I see there's a few different kinds on the web but I don't know anyone who's used one.
Are they good, and are they worth the cash?

I pivot mine on the side stand if I need but that's not very often.
Maybe something like they use under V8 supercars on the rear wheel would do the job.

Well done Dave, that looks like a good stand
we haven't got anything similar, thus far we haven't been able to source one which is
equal in quality or better, even though we have been asked many of times over the years for them
