Moved House- Williamstown-Rowville!!!

Yep, I've made the big move from cosmopolitan Williamstown to the 'Burbs"!!!!! I'm not happy about the area entirely, but, it is much better travel wise. I calculated my last 3 months citylink tolls and they added up to over $700!!! So, it will also be a massive cost saving as well.
Negatives - No Cafe strip right at my doorstep, No beach right at my doorstep, A long trip to the city, Classy neighbours are few and far between. (Gone from a self employed graphic artist, to an Indian Factory worker as a neighbour), my drug dealer lives in Williamstown.
Positives - It takes 3 minutes to get to work, rent is lower, the house is massive, it has a double garage and a shed, it has an ensuite bathroom, the riding roads are now ten minutes away, rather than an hour, no city link tolls (Save me $2500 / year), I have a shed for my racer and a space in the double garage for the Rex and no grandkids!!!!
Last night, I lay down on the cushions in the loungeroom (I gave lots of my current furniture to my daughter and purchased new stuff, so the lounge is to be delivered on Friday), turned on my new tellie (A large for me 32'' LCD/Plasma-I don't know which one, all I know is it's flat screened Toshiba.....you can tell I am an absolute tellie buff can't ya!!!) and watched the repaly of the 125's, Moto2 and MotoGP races from Chermany!!! No kids to annoy me, just me, my big fuck off tellie, some soft cushions and the whole house to myself!!!!! (Tatyana was working) I was in heaven!!!
Can't wait to sort the bike out again, so I can get up into those hills which I can see from my office window!!!!!!
