Oxidisation

Ok i may sound like a bit of a fool here lol but it never hurts to ask.
i have noticed white Oxidisation all over the head of my BELOVED 2001 9R is this normal for her age.
If not any thoughts on the best was of stopping it or slowing it down.....
Any help would be awesome ..........coz we all have to love the 9................... :D

Yeah it's normal for alloy to oxidise to some degree. Especially if the bike spends or has spent, some time outdoors. I wouldn't worry too much about it. After all, it is a 9!!!!!
