After owning my 10 for 14 months, I thought its was time to add a couple of components and get her remapped.

I have purchased a Power Commander 3, an Arrow link pipe (which replaces the cat setup), thrown in a K&N Air filter,
and rebaffled the pipes with the A&R Race baffle kit from the states.

She goes in tomorrow for the dyno session. :D

Will add the before and after Dyno runs, as soon as i have them.

will keep ya's posted! :kuda:

Will watch with interest - am interested in where the power curve is improved.

Do you have a TRE?

I'd like to compare the curves stock, with a tre, with a PCIII and with PCIII & TRE.

i wanna see stock pipes (not with the A & R inserts)

They have no trouble keeping up with 2010 Gixxers with full systems, pc5's tuned ty Phil Tainton at the straight at EC.

Go Gumby Powaaah!

too bad they are so ugly

The before run, the bike has the A & R Baffles in already, K & N A/F, the TRE, and on 98 Octane (BP Ultimate). Am guessing it should make about 155-160HP @ the rear.

The after run, will have the PC3, New set of irridium plugs, Arrow link pipe added. :D

Am also keen to see what difference these components make......

Lucky im an ugly bugger Gos!! Be able to match me bike.....

Not a fan of the A & R Baffles Wattie?? ..... :?

mine are stock, i wanna see what it had stock. 8)

the 140bucks is better put towards tyres and suspension at the moment, stock pipes and engine are good for 37's at the creek

My thoughts exactly Wattie, 170 at the crank is enough. I'm just interested to see how the mods affect the curve rather than the overall increase. I'm sure there are a few kinks that can be ironed out in the stock mapping.

A&R Race Baffles (Also Ebay)

Picked The Gumby up Yesterday. Can say i am pretty impressed with the overall outcome. :D

The Guys @ Mr HDT have done an awesome job on this bike. Great service and down to earth everyday blokes.

The Gumby made 153.0 HP @ the wheel on it's first run before the components were fitted.

After the mods were done, she made 163.6 HP @ the wheel. :kuda:

The remapping has fattened the mid range torque, and made it far more useable down low.

And for those who are still interested in the Dyno sheets, will add them as soon as i pick them up. :D

They Spent a total of about 10hrs on the bike.

It went there with a full tank, and they had to put another 10litres of fuel in it to finish the tune.

All up a total of 17 runs on the dyno.

I Can honestly say that i would recommend these guys to anyone! They take great pride in their work, and are not happy, until you are. :kuda:

Nice mate! If you don't mine me asking how much did that cost all up? 17 dyno runs is a fair bit..

I have just fitted a set of the A&R baffles myself and already have the PCIII and TRE, and have been thinking about getting it properly tuned as well...

Ever come over bathurst way much? Would be good to get a couple of gumbys on the road together lol :kuda:
