I use Fog City (also known as Fog Tech) a plastic layer that goes onto the inside of the visor

some also like Fog-x a sprayon thingy for inside the visor (works like Rain-x)

a nose guard is also helpful

Fog city also do the visor insert, mine works very well, and tints in bright sunlight.

The spray is good, I used to use it, but it needs reapplying regularly and is annoying when you are in a hurry and it needs doing.

clean your visor then put a squirt of liquid soap on it (inside) and rub it in then leave it i.e. don't wash it off ;)
if you don't believe me try it on your bathroom mirror first, I have to do it so I can see where to part my hair after having a shower

I was going to ask as well, coming back from Dutchy's last night in 2 degrees was a nightmare.
Couldn't see a thing and hoping for black ice as the heat of gravel rash and warm flowing blood
would have been absolute heaven after two and a half hour's in that temp
