I've been looking for a replacement Tacho for the race bike, as I need to dump the large dash and just want a rev counter. I've found full race dash for $600+, and I've found small after market tachs overseas for reasonable price with extortional postage. Local wreckers wanted to sell me the tach unit our of an RGV dash for $150, but the 2 stroke lectrics need bodging for a 4 stroke.
Anyone know of an honest Aus supplier - needs to allow revs upto 15k?
UK site
here shows what I'm after. £44 for the Tacho and £85 for postage, yes $85AUD for the tacho and a staggering $160AUD postage!!!!!

Have u tried looking at these even though the pics don't show it, it says they can rev to 20,000rpm with dual shift lights.

Looked at there, I've asked it they can be wired to stock wiring and for a price as they don't publish it.

What about a CBR250 or any of the other high performance 250 bikes tachos. They goes up to 20000rpm. Top it off with a Shift-I and then you got shift lights.

I'm looking for a small stand alone clock as opposed to a whole dash as the Master Cylinder hits the dash on full lock

No one, but I don't want it destroying the dash in a low speed drop.

You could try the race only version of the above brand, not to bad a price for them.

Weld spacers onto your bump stops...cheaper than a new dash
