Well Guys and girls, I finally did it today.
I went and swapped my old 1998 Honda VTR 1000 firestorm for a nice new shiny 1995 Kawasaki ZZR 600 R.
I've posted some pics in the appropriate section, so check it out.
i am so impressed with such a small bike....although it actually weighs 20kgs more than the VTR.
I'm hooked.

Ah you know how it is

....you never forget your first love

. I'll always have a soft spot for the old HONDA.

But geez the Kawasaki is really nice.Never thought I'd want to own an line four again. [ the last inline four I rode, that was no slouch, was a 1995 CBR 1000 F super sports.] They've come along way since then. I hadn't realized just how good they were.
I was conned into getting on the back of a 2005 CBR 1000 RR the other day...in the wet....[swear i need my head read at times ].
He said "Watch the speed....and hang on....." with that he peeled it on.
Was like being strapped to a ballistic missile.
140 kph in first gear.....
Well, that'll just about do me.
