Just wondering - why does the Buxton pub have a motorcycle on the roof? It looks like one of the later FZRs with race plastic and no fuel tank. The lady behind the counter couldn't tell me.

Did you try their burger - it's famous apparently.

But I have no idea why the bike is there. There used to be one stuck out of the wall above the door of In Neutral in Marysville. My only guess is that they are proclaiming the pub is biker friendly.

The old owner of the Bucky Pub was an ex racer, the one on the roof used to be the sister bike of the one over the bar, I thought they were TZs or RS Honda's or somethn like that.
The magnificent Buxton Burgers are next door at the roadhouse, their crowning glory is the Cathedral burger (named after the nearby Cathedral Ranges) it's a skyscraper of a thing with 3 big rissole style patties on top of each other, 3 rinds of bacon, 3 lots of cheese, you getting the picture here? The proprietors reckon it's a big deal to get through one but I've never had any difficulty. ;)

The frame says Deltabox - that's a Yammie, surely? I'm thinking 3LN FZR250, or a TZR250.
