We're coming up to winter - the hardest time to shift weight and easiest time to gain
I've have some feedback in relation to the previous Shrinking Leathers and decided to go again!
For the new members - this is an attempt to help motivate people to lose unwanted kg's.
Spreadsheet is here -
http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key= ... yaVE&hl=en
No prize this time unfortunately - saving for a track day

- the ultimate prize is looking great in your leathers...and maybe better health
I've set the weight-ins for Mondays and it covers May, June & July so it's not all of winter but hopefully will help with some motivation to do something.
Who's up for it?

Damn...... Eight weeks ago I would've. I've dropped five kg's since the last time I did a track day but I don't want to lose much more because I will be up for new leathers. Good luck with it folks.

Ali - seriously if you lose any weight you'll blow away in the next gust of wind
Click on the link above and put you name in the spreadsheet - save it and you done! (sorry I should have explained this before)
If anyone has problems accessing the googledocs spreadsheet just let me know - it's supposedly available to anyone who clicks that lin but in the past there have been issues.

Yeah, I'll be in. I've gained back 4 of the 6 kilos I lost last time, so this time I'd better double my efforts!
Same as last time - I'm just going to record the weight changes each week, not the total weight. Yes, because I'm precious

And extremely embarrassed!

I'm in. And I'll add an extra challenge for anybody interested ....join me and do the
9km fun run in September. Last year I lost about 18 kg's and kept all bar about 3-4 off - this year I want to try to drop below 100 and would love to make it to 95.

Dave#3 was our winner last year and it's great to see the work he's put into it - well done mate!
If you're thinking about doing the fun run in September a good place to start may well be
http://www.c25k.com/ - takes you from your couch to 5km in 9 weeks.
