Dont just sing it....BLING IT!! but i need some help..

well, i am thinking about adding a little bit of "bling" i.e.. make it look a bit nicer (not tacky!!) to my Z1000
so far, i'm thinking of:
carbon bar ends
new levers (maybe anodised)
hand grips
footpegs
engine covers
screen

i would appreciate any hints/tips/advice on where to source these types of items or anything else you may think useful...(and ebay sux atm for this stuff..) for my little motorcycle...

Sneakypete, I have different mirrors, engine covers, screen, levers, black vortex sprocket, brake lines, indicators, tail light, used to have two stripes running the length of the bike, and am about to do something totally different again.. (these are just the visible mods )
Also used to work in a kwakka shop, not much I don't know about modifying 03-06 z1000, let me know if I can help you in any way

They must stick out further on the 1000 than the 750 ............ not a mark on mine after the Tassie drop

IMO go a set of bar's to suite your prefered riding position I put some renthals on mine and is a lot more comfy and more direct in the steering plus it's a cheapish bit of bling I guess

they must, i dropped mine in the garage when i had it, and hit the engine case just under where the crash would have been if i had it yet.

After my crash a couple of years ago I pulled all the body work off including the tail section side covers front and rear fendors and painted them a semi flat black. The tank and those little round fuckers on the side of the motor are all that are painted a gloss, (right now red but changing to green in the next few weeks. It gave it a little different look. Not for everybody but I like it. I'm a really shitty painter and it took awhile to get it right. I think I was consuming too much of the brown liquid
