Yep its happened and im not happy....
I was stopped at the set of light coming off the Berowra exit near the Mobil... light goes green and i take off, the bike started to fish tail and hit the deck doing a 180 and me doing 2 barrel rolls then getting up and moving to the side of the road.
This lovely couple was behind me in a Pajero that was kind enough to stop traffic and move my bike off the road.
The Damage Report:
1. Bent accelrator bar
2. the whole left bar is loose and broken thread so we suspect the whole top of the triple clamps gas to be replaced.
3. Right side indicator ripped off
4. fairing cracks and scratches
5 Right side foot bracked snapped right off
6. Scratches and loose exhaust
And who know what more has been done untill i fix it
I will not be going thru insurance because it will cost me $2200 to open the claim... so self fix for now
a lot of thanks to Richo, Andy and Paul and Greg on the green 12 for stopping and helping me out... i dont know how to thank you guys enough...love u guys!!!
Heres some pics:

Geez Brian

sorry to hear mate, that's some bad luck you and your bro have had. Do you cross a black cat or something?
Hope your not to banged up, go get yourself checked out though.
Good luck with the repair mate, $2200 to start a claim what a rip off

Plus what it would do to NCB and future premiums...
Glad your reasonably OK - bikes can be repaired...

Bugga!!!
I assume you're ok mate, and if so that's the most important thing!
I had a good old whinge with my 'off', then when I considered I wasn't in hospital and the bike was easily fixed it came into perspective.
I don't quite understand how you gassed it up from a start and got bucked off a 250..... how did it happen?

Im perfect... dont feel no pain just my pride took all the beating... rolling on the road is not fun let me tell you that... i just got up straight away and ran to the crash bar on the road....
Look up 924 Pacific Highway Berowra for the turn off...
Coming back in the 4x4 with Richo and Andy i saw a ford ute lose it on the same spot i did

I'm glad to hear you are fine - that's the important bit.
Sorry to hear you damaged your baby though

That sucks. Hopefully you can get it fixed reasonably well on your own, as that excess is horrendous!
Once once the soreness has left and the bike is fixed - don't forget the lesson this off taught you. With luck, learning from it might help you avoid a bigger one. Take care

It was a red light... light drizzle... The light goes green and i accelerate off... knowing its raining i slowly go around the turn but the back started to fishy and i probably panicked and gave it more gas and totally lost control and decked it

Looks like my fix will be cheaper than i thought.... the triple clamps are not screwed and the threads have not ripped out... all i need is a right foot bracket and a accelerometer bar thingy lol yeh that... fairings need to be fixed and the light is a quick fix too... cables still hanging out
