Here's a quick question for you... Did your bike's tool kit come with a suspension tool? We delved into the tool kit for my Z1000 a couple of weeks ago looking for the suspension tool (first time it has been opened) and there isn't one there. Has anyone else got one in their tool kit?

I've got an 07 and there is no suspension tool. My wife has a Triumph street triple and there is no tool kit at all, I have to say though I have never used a tool kit from a bike although I have been lucky enough to have reasonably new bikes. To change your rear spring adjustment perhaps get a coal chisel and grind off the sharp edge and use that with a hammer (gently), it is easier than using one of those tools.

Thanks everyone for replying. I'll ring around a couple of shops and see how much one is to purchase.
