Hi There, you've got the 600RR not the 636?

I had the 636 and if the suspension is the same, yep it's pretty harsh for the road. On a decent road or track it was an awesome bike, I've heard the engine on the 600 is a bit underdone as it was expected that they would all be bought for racing along with the race kit, I've never ridden one though so I don't know for sure.

I would recommend getting someone to look at the suspension though. Apparently the components are pretty good so you can get it upgraded or changed rather than replaced, though if you've got too much money there's always Ohlins ;)

Cheers
Matt

Yeah the rear on thoughs bikes are hard......which is great at the track, but on they can be a little tricky when you hit uneven road surface, It tends to upset the bike and make you run wide..

Zenodamper. He'll fix your suspension right up, if you're in sydney. Great bikes though. J.
