Somebody kill a Chinaman? The only Ferarri I know of to cruise that road often is the owner of "The Arab"........ a bikers cafe

Also yesterday, a Ferrari collided with two motorcycles and two other cars on the Great Ocean Road between Anglesea and Lorne about 2pm, leaving a male motorcyclist in his late 40s with a broken leg and internal injuries and a female motorcyclist in her mid-40s with a knee injury.

The man was flown to The Alfred hospital in a serious but stable condition, while the woman was taken by ambulance to Geelong Hospital.

A Hoppers Crossing man in his early 20s was also flown to The Alfred hospital with a broken leg after his motorbike struck a guard rail on the Great Ocean Road just east of Skenes Creek about 2.20pm.

Two more motorcyclists, a man and a woman, were taken to hospital with minor injuries after their bikes collided about 3.30pm yesterday on Dysons lane in Wurdiboluc.
"We've seen six motorcycle accidents within a couple of hours ... all our helicopters have just been flat out," he said

Why is a Ferrari hitting two motorcycles and two other cars considered a "motorcycle accident"? Sounds more like a f**kwit boy racer in a Ferrari accident.

Yeah I know what he means, USUALLY...headlines often read...."motorcycle collides with car", why couldnt it be "Car collides with bike", you never hear of "pushie rider collides with car" . But once you read the article no one has been deemed at fault yet just the reporter grabbing attention but it insinuates it is the bike riders fault... :?

Well it is our fault...............for having the gall to ride motorcycles
It's fashionable to pick on us at the moment, the same as it is with smoker's!
I ride and smoke, so the headline would read "smoking motorcycle rider causes accident".
It keeps the publics mind off of the real problems in society such as greedy corporations and incompetent doctor's
and corrupt police and corrupt and incompetent polititians and unhealthy food and dirty water supplies and high rates
and power, gas and water price hikes (farkin huge) and lack of infrastructure and housing shortages and huge rents and revenue raising councils and governments and drugged farked teenagers bashing random people to death etc etc etc

To put a positive spin on things:

Be thankful it wasn't one of those cable rails/decapitation contraptions or you may not have been able to post that.
Best wishes to you for a speedy recovery.

Rubbish isn't it. Almost every cager who asked about my off assumed it was my fault. Even when I advised them the other driver was & rightfully admitted fault they still have that look in their eyes that say "Oh well, you were on a bike though so what do you expect". I wonder how they would feel if a truck driver reacted in the same way to them?

believe me im very greatful it was a steet barrier not a wire rope one, a wire barrier would have probly resulted in me loosing my left leg.

heard from the insurance co before, my immaculate 99 purplrish black zx6r is now a write off with over 6 k damage
