How to program new black key with red key 04 zx10

I have the red key for my bike and need to program a new black one to suit. I have the black key cut to fit the bike, but am not sure how to go about programming it to the ECU. I checked the workshop manual, but couldn't find how to do it.
Anyone know? I am sure it is very simple, I asked Kawasaki, and they said to bring the keys and bike down and they will do it, but I am pretty sure nothing more than the keys and bike are needed. Could be wrong though.
Cheers, Mark.

The dealer has a module that plugs into the ECU to allow the ECU to learn new black keys - in this case the dealer was right, you need to take the bike and the keys to the delaership.

black untuned keys are about 60 bucks or so.
you need to supply proof of ownership (rego papers, licence) before thay can even order the keys.
dealer will give you blanks to go get cut yourself, then head back to dealer with cut keys and bike and red key to get re-tuned.
tuning is about $50.

I have the blank key, and it has been cut, just need it programmed to the ECU. I will have to go to the dealer and get them to do it I guess.

flywheels, team moto and aitkens were around the $60 mark for a key "untuned"
team moto charge $50 to tune a key. and i believe aitkens would be the same
