You know the things you roll up on and press the button/pedal and it roll starts your bike while stationary? Can you buy them off the shelf or do you have to make them out of cardboard, pipe cleaners and starter motors?
Linkys?
Someone on another forum is looking for one.

But very good , made with a new Land cruiser starter motor and milled rollers , hence the cost . They start big 4 strokes easy .

I wonder if I could make one from a treadmill motor and the rollers off a treadmill.
Just have to get the gearing right, find out whether it needs to retain original treadmill speed regulator or if it can run without this (limited by gearing?) and make the rollers grippy, they're normally smooth and shiny.
