I have just kicked off a major bikecam project that involves mounting 4 different cameras of different types all over the bike for different angles and I thought some of you may be interested - for those that know me me you know about my obsession with mounting cams all over my bike for the last 8 years but it just got serious so I have been documenting what I have been doing at
Thanks All - plenty more to come this thing has only just started

sounds like a lot of editing !!!
Good luck with it - I think one forward-facing and one rear-facing is enough for me....
But I did experiment with a low-mount camera on the MFP12 once......check this out....in HQ !!

Yeah definitely lots of editing but thats what gives the good end result what cam was used in that clip ? I did a similar position for the test of the POV 1.5 on the weekend
Ignore the crappy music i had to remove the sound that i originally edited it with because youtube copyright muted it so the sound is one of the ones youtube let me swap it for

I just had the same problem with loading up some backing tracks for the Oran Park footage I uploaded the other day !!! Bastards wiped out my entire audio track (including exhaust sound, which I am pretty sure isn't fucking copyrighted !!! ) - so I ended up with just exhaust note and no AC/DC or Iggy Pop !!! Bloody spewing - its never been a problem in the past. I'm gonna experiment with .wav files instead of MP3 and see if that makes a difference...
anyway - the camera I used is just a cheapie Jaycar lippie cam - it uses a Sony 1/3"CCD, its only 350lines, so definition is not so hot - but its done a few hard yards on the MFP12 on road and track, and also on my Period 5 bike last year....
Its about to be replaced by a 580-line Sony for the forward-facing footage, and it will end up as the rear-facing camera.....for those long boring road-trips ....

Yeah I did some reading and the technology youtube is using and it is actually identifying the song not the file - one suggested way around it was to use a program to change the pitch of the file slightly so it could not recognise the music and would not mute the sound track, havent tried that yet.
Your setup Sounds like my current setup one bullet cam front and rear do you have two devices to record separate video or just one with a switch like me ? the 580 line Sony will give you some great resolution footage !
