well guys I have finally done some more work on my GPZ, a fellow VJMC member made up the exhaust system, can't wait to hear it running, especially without the baffles, check it out if you have a mo.

Awesome....you have done a lot of work. Just interested in the VHT on the plastic bits I suppose it must stick ok if you have got the results you want - any special prep required? :kuda:

today's VHT seems fine on plastics, or anything else. I don't use any water when sanding though, I have had sissing problems in the past with wet sanding plastic. I used VHT red on the side covers of the KZ750 I am doing up, however after getting my son to paint the tank and ducktail the side covers look very ordinary by comparison so I am going to get him to do them as well:-)
That project is at http://auction.netbikes.com.au/vjmw.php ... page=kz750
I need to update that page too as the bike is almost complete now. It will be for sale when done.......
