The bike as it was.

And the finished product nearly wasn't.
I finished the tank clear coat and all , took the fuel pump out off the old tank and transfered it to the new one,
took the fuel cap off and did the same, before i did this i syphoned the fuel out into a bucket.
I then installed the new tank on the bike and filled it up, went inside to wash my hands, came back into the garage to find fuel all over the floor

.
The fucking tank sprung a leak

, which was behind the fairing mount screw for the side fairing under the seat on the right side.
So back to work for more repairs
And now

Nice job Gazza! If it's as good close up as it looks in the pics you have done VERY well as you can't tell it's been repaired at all.
