Well... After 7 years tossing up whether or not I should get myself a bike, about 2 months ago I decided I would get one. This weekend I picked up my bike. Still have to wait till the end of the month before I can go for my L's (damn the influx of people wanting to get bikes).

Expect to see me on Sunday's on the old road rugularly. I live up on the Coast so there's no excuses for me not coming.

haha yea Cath... you know it. You think Dave sitting with his jacket on was bad... you haven't seen someone having a bike sitting in the garage with out being able to ride it!

I had a month to wait too.... I kept myself busy with reading, buying gear, watching videos, and now have ridden 6 days a week for 6 months

You know most people tip their bike over and cratch it up when they're learning. ;) ;)

If you want I can tell you my fatal mistakes if it might help you to avoid them.

Thanks Ty, will let you know when I get the license. I think I will need luck to keep up :p

1 month would have been good... I will have had to wait 3 months by the time I get the license, 2 down 1 to go :)

can never say no to pointers :)
