So i got my bike back fom the doctor after she kissed the tarmac and i had the farings plastic welded i am not gonna get it resprayed due to money constraints/i might drop it again... lol They cleaned it up with bog.. Should i spray some undercoat over the BOG to protect it from rain or is BOG fine with rain...?

Should spray something over it, Body Filler is Hygroscopic and will absorb water!

Wouldn't worry too much until your ready to paint. Bog battle scares rock unless your really shit at repairs

Nah Bog will absorb moisture but then again so does primer!? On fairings not really an issue ..

Tip : Grey filler/primer over the bog then 'shadow coat' with satin black spray can .[this seals the primer and bog] and adds a touch of 'streed cred' (ref Damo's post )

hmmmmm maybe worth following roosters advice the other day.... just organize a bbq. ppl who can spray paint eat for free and just get the fairings back to el natural... hmmmmm
Though i think primer/another coat will have to do for now. Thanks heaps guys!

1-3 cans JB Black / JD label = steady pool / spray gun hand
4-7 cans = more RUNS than Bradman!!!
