Accident on Elizabeth Drv this afternoon

I passed this accident around 1:20pm this afternoon - http://www.smh.com.au/national/three-ki ... -crwa.html
It was a disaster area - I suspect that the results would have been the same even it the toddle was wearing a seat belt. So sad.
