What model and year Dave? From the hints you've dropped it sounds like you've bought another bike, so you may as well fess up to what it is, and that way people might be able to offer you some useful advice - suppliers of fairings for a 95 zx6r may/will be different to suppliers of 09 zx10r fairings. So c'mon, spill!

ok sorry to all wanted to get the thing home. Pics will be taken but cant contain myself. just got Gen home. ----------------there is a pic----------->
Im the proud owner of a green/black/white 02 ZX7R.

It is a repairable write off, a short explanation of the damage, it is the exact same as what happen to the gpx but not as bad. Need to change the top and left side of the fairings, some blinkers and a clutch selector.

As i said pics tomorrow. :kuda: :kuda: :kuda: :kuda:

Why did i buy a repairable write off.
1. its cheaper and i can get a newer bike for alot less.
2. it gives me more experience with bike mechanics.
& 3. It keeps me off a bigger bike when still on the p's, i have 5 months to get it on the road and i need to sauce some fairings. found some on ebay through http://www.handcraftfibreglass.com but i dont know they are $310 for the top and $300 for each side. i dont know if that cheap or not, but i know they are fibreglass, and if i do go for fibreglass ill just have to reinforce it with some of my fibreglass sheeting.

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :kuda: :kuda: :kuda: :kuda: :kuda:
I have my 7
