Surely one of the bike shops in Geeeeeeeeelong has some decent aftermarket grips on the shelf??????

Geelongs Bike shops are definately Not what they used to be
They stock a shitload of Honda crap for some reason though!

I always just got generic aftermarket grips - the foam kind - http://www.ksrc-au.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=559
Though I'll admit even they were hard to find around Sydney.
