Well, after 12 months without a fun ticket, then another 7 months of being a poor ass Mo-Fo trying to get rid of all our bills, I finally decided to make the bike a priority and fix the damage from my last off.
The pics below tell the story:
Before:

The crash damage:

The rebuild:

The Result:

Things I have learned:
Mates are awesome!! A huge, huge thanks to Jake (the painter), Pauly (supplier of the temp spray booth and help assembling), Howie and Greeny (assembly, support and brain power when memory failed).
Chinese E-bay farings bend a long way when fitting (but still don't always line up).
Cable ties fix anything.
Kwaka's are really hard to kill.
Clipson's for the US version are different to ours (anyone need some racing bars?).
E-bay is a bikers friend (and foe, see above).
Hearing your bike fire up after nearly 2 years of sitting there 100% neglected (and I mean neglected) is enough to give the most jaded biker a chubby!!!
ZX6 engine and clutch covers are insanely expensive!
