Good morning everyone,
Possibly another silly question here, but i will ask away anyway.
As i mentioned in my introduction post im the proud owner of a 2001 zx6r.
Now this may sound a bit odd, but i was just wondering if there was anything i could do to adjust the distance between the pegs and the seat? I'm pretty sure you can, or remember hearing you can but just want to make sure before we fiddle with things.
The reasoning behind this by the way is that im currently feeling a little cramped when sitting on the bike. Visually i cant work out why, because the setup looks identical to my husbands zx9r, but the zx9r feels quite a bit roomier.
I did sit on other zx6's before buying this one, and never noticed it before, so im hoping it is a setup issue rather than a bike issue.
Regards
Sandy

Re: Ride Height zx6r?
Only way to create more space from seat to pegs is to either fit lower pegs, or raise the seat height. Raising ride height won't make a scrap of difference as the pegs are attached to the frame not the swingarm.

Oh, i knew i should have asked what ride height adjustment was beforehand.
Thanks for the info guys. Not quite what i was hoping for, but at least it answers my question.
