need to set up suspension on my 9 to suit my weight 100kg not sure on which way to adjust the screws, help please

G'day Stu,
Which way to adjust the screws depends on where they are now and what the bike is doing right/wrong. For a 100kg rider I'd suggest adding a fair bit of preload front and rear (ideally get two friends to help you and set you static sag correctly). I'd then set rebound and compression about 2/3 in - count the clicks in, then the clicks all the way out, then come back in about 2/3 (normally I'd suggest 1/2 way but being a bit heavier (like me
) you can afford to start off a bit further in) - then ride it and fine tune to suit your needs (or leave it like 90% of us do!).
