Slipper Clutch for ZX7R

Hi Folks
The clutch gave up the ghost in my 7R tracky a little while back and it needed new fibre & steel plates, plus the spring lengths were outside the service limit.
After a little online reasearch I got the specs for getting the slipper working.
Kawasaki Newcastle had some parts in store and rest ordered from Syd within the week. I went for the 4 x 2.3mm and 3 x 2.0mm steel plate combo which gives the intermediate slipper action.
I tested the setup at Wakefield Park on Monday and it works a treat!
All you need to get the ZX7R slipper working can be found at this link (MadKaw also pointed to this site in a previous post)

When your 7R clutch needs replacement I can recommend the slipper conversion – cost difference is bugger all and you won’t be disappointed with the results!
cheers
