Can anyone tell me if there were any problems with the 2003 Z1000's or any other models between 03 and 06.

My husband has a 2003 Z1000, and we have had absolutely no problems with it at all. Go for gold and buy the bike already!

Watties used to seem to struggle to keep the front wheel on the ground
I've never owned one but spent a lot of time following one. I don't think anyone has complained of anything wrong with them though and there's a few here.
Good luck

Bought my 03 new, no issues
Oh except for the idiot that seviced the bike, forgot to fully connect the fuel line and the bike would starve of fuel.
