We are going to book our accomodation for the P.I. supers soon.
If anyone wants a camping / caravan spot in Cowes let us know.
We are tossing up between Boomerang (closer to town) and Beach Park (nicer park and new owners, for those older members.. )

We are going with Boomerang Caravan Park - closer to town and there giving KSRC members a discount and a corner to ourselves..

Dave,

Put us down as needing a site where ever it is decided, most likely to have some kids with us.

Oh and we want the quiet section away from the snorers

Shell bought me a 3 day pass & camping at the track campsite. Is that far enough away from you then?

OK, Looks like we are staying at Boomerang again..

They have put aside 4 or 5 sites for us so if you want to stay there let us know and we'll sort it out.
They are also working on a special KSRC discount, info will be posted when we know the costs..

Spoke to the new managers at Boomerang and they have said the cost is $40 per site, per night for up to 4 ppl.
If we have enough ppl they may discount it further..

We are booking this week.
The sites we have are
Us - 78
Mario - 79
Mick and T - 77

They have put another couple of sites aside for us so ask for 81 or 82 first, then whats nearby.

I'll be on the squirrel run, but my brother ( bless his cotton socks ) has booked a house in Cowes, so I will catch up at the track. And then the magic land of Tas for 2 weeks !!

We'll be in our usual cabin at Cowes Caravan Park. Sure, it's a 15 minute walk down the road but I can't hear any of you bastards snoring at Boomerang

Looks like Mario and Heather won't be coming so theres still a couple of sites left for anyone interested..

Just received a phone call from Boomerang asking about my booking If someone has used my name to book Id ring ASAP as I told them it wasn't me that booked!

I just rang them, but definately gave them my name and told them that I was with KSRC, I seem to have gotten confused grunts on the other end of the phone followed by we will ring you back.

We just rang em and there very confused.... New owners, again, and they are struggling...

There booking out fast and some of the sites we reserved have been double booked.

If anyone wants a spot be quick, theres not much left in Kawi corner. Sites 85 and 87 are the only ones available nearby..

Looks like 74, 75, 76, 80, 85 and 87 are still available and in the area..
