As per a previous thread, I have sent out a number of e-mails over the last week to sponsors we have not heard from in a while and asked if they still want to be involved with KSRC.

The following businesses did not reply.
Given that I had no e-mails come back or bounce, and 9 out of the 12 it was sent to did reply, I can only suggest they no longer want to be involved with KSRC.

They are -
Brighton Kawasaki - Vic
Bike Biz - NSW
NoR Rus

They will be removed from the sponsors thread and home page and I suggest will not be offering KSRC members any discounts.
So please check the sponsors thread and use the businesses that support you..

Brighton Kawasaki offered jack-shit anyway when I had my ZZR done there twice. I even mentioned KSRC and Smitty by name, they didn't recognise KSRC at all and thought I was nuts, and when I mentioned Smitty they put the price up .

But i mentioned Smitty's name at the local strip club and got half price lap dances all night!

Yes, I'd heard that before, but I believe they are new owners (last year at least.. Smitty.?) and they approached us at the GP last year (or was it the supers..) and then sent me an e-mail stating they want to be a sponsor..
Never heard from them again.... and they didn't reply to the e-mails..

Can I suggest the Vics try Mornington Kawasaki. ?

yes, they changed owners (2 yr ago me thinks now) and the new op Mick..said yep we will honour the previous arrangement
and on the few visits after that I reminded him and got a yep. But if they did not reply to the email...phark 'em they can be struck off.

and I already get 15% off ......mention KSRC for a 10% discount will cost me 5% more !!!!

Same deal with Bikebiz when i went to get my tyre there. They were hesitant to believe that i was a KSRC member despite the fact i was wearing a cap and hoodie. He almost went as far as asking for proof.... but he didnt.

In the end i dont think i got a discount at all. $190 rear fitted seems the going rate to me...

Was that RevHedz at Accica Ridge??? I am in there all the time and I am always plugging the site. I have to drop in there next week so I will have a chat to Robbie about it.

I ordered some parts from Tasty nuts/Probolt last week. I e-mailed them regrarding a bolt size and KSRC discount, they responded with the bolt size and I did not get a discount

Looks like Race Replica are still with us..
