How to drop a bike with style

For some reason my bike wanted to have a nap & a lie down when I pulled in at 7-11 on the weekend.
Barely moving, dithering over which pump to head for & went to move around a car with a trailer when Tabitha fell.
I tried to save her but she was determined to lie down pinning my foot & lower leg underneath against the gutter.
The rest of me was lying in the garden bed.
Injured my pride & cracked the fairing :(
(just a little crack)

Pffft, you guys aren't doing it right. My last static fall cost Suncorp $4100. New front guard, new right mirror, new right can and a whole lot of Harlequin @ $1500/L.

My ankle is a bit tender today but nothing really.
Just makes you feel like a turkey.
Poor Tabitha doesn't deserve what I do to her.

Bugger Gayle! :(

The dent in the bike doesn't hurt as much as the dent in the pride does it.

Hope you are ok and that Tabitha is well again soon.
