Two sets of rules...

I'm not known for being a big fan of the police after being on the wrong end of a couple of (in my opinion) bad decisions/poor policing, and on the wrong end of bad service when I actually needed the assistance of police regarding an actual crime.
As a result, seeing the whole "two sets of rules" thing in play drives me INSANE
. I know it's just coincidence to see all this in a week or two but:
1. Marked police motorcycle doing 125km/h in a 100km/h zone. Saw him from a mile off as he had his lights on (high beam, not lights & sirens!!), flew up to me and flew past like I wasn't even there. This is probably the same bloke who sits on that same section of road (just near Logan Rd Exit from SE Freeway) and books people for going 10km/h over because they're such a danger to society, and themselves.
2. Marked police motorcycle leaving Kangaroo Point Night Owl/Subway, walks out casually, gets on the bike (late model beamer) and stomps it down the (50km/h) street to a conservative 80km/h (More like 90-100km/h, he went through three gears and was fairly into it...) then bashes it straight back to first and compression locks for half a second as getting to the end of the street (give way sign).
3. Marked police car stopped at an intersection where he had right of way, paying no attention to traffic, while talking on a mobile phone.
Makes me WILD
