just real quick, your Front and Rear make and how many K's you've done, and how many more you think you have (on type of bike if it's not obvious) and comments on if you liked them or not, price, etc...
here goes:
F= Battlax 014
R= Battlax 014
~2,000Km's, and i'll easily get another 2K.... front i'll never get another tyre (the best), but back is going too quickly (on a 6) so may try the 020. It is nice and grippy no doubt, but i'd like more wear. Oh, and I paid $340 for the pair from MTM.

Standard dunlops 218's that came with the bike, 5200kms and probably another 1000-1500 to go, hard to compare as have had no other brands on this bike but will be getting pilot powers next, have been qouted $450 fitted fr/rr.

BT-020 Front and Rear - I've gotten 14000k's out of both.
Currently:
BT-014 Front - 8000kms
BT-020 Rear - 9000kms
Plenty to go on the rear, may a couple of thou on the front.
But I ride like a pussy

BT019 front and a BT012 rear. love the front tyre but may go for a BT014 rear next time. I have done about 4000kms to date with a little more to come.

Pilot sports on the front and wearing well (with 5000km) and on its 2nd rear. Bought as a pair with pilot sports rear for $480 a set.
New Pilot Road on the rear $260 (under 1000k) so far its been good on the ZZR1200, replaced the Pilot sports which lasted 4500km.

Battlax BT019 on Front. 6,000k's=centre still ok but edges pretty much had it. Maybe 1,000 k's to go.
Battlax BT012 on the rear. Just squeezed 5,500k's out of it but was
totally shagged edge to edge. 3 Track-Days will do that I guess
Might try Michelin Pilot Power or Bridgie BT014 on the front next with a matching rear for Track use.
But for road use, I've just fitted a Shinko 005 rear - $170 fitted, Dry grip is exceptional for S/T tyre. Also OK in the wet as long as you aren't trying to win any races

Bike's a ZZR-600.
Dunlop D220 on the front, don't like it. Too much life left to dump, it's done ~5000 km. At this rate it's got at least another 10000 left. At least until I can justify its demise.
BT020 on the rear. Excellent tyre. It's done a little over 6000 km, and has at least that left, probably more. I'm sticking with the Bridgies in future.

HAD
Battlax BT050s front and rear. Got 19000 out of em, but the back could have gone a little further. They were on the bike when I bought it.
HAVE NOW
Michellin Pilot Roads front and rear, just got em NYE, only done 1500 so far, but I'm likin them a lot, very confidence inspiring. I expect to get nearly 20000 out of them, being the sissy rider that I am
They cost $410 for the set from Bob Jane at the Elizabeth St roundabout, and that was with my 10% Netrider discount.

Metzeler Sportec M1's front and rear, although I currently have a Diablo on the front (which I can't wait to get rid of)
Average around 13,000km from the front
Average around 9,000km from the rear

tyre wear????
hmmmm
lemmee see...
one set of Bridgie battleax BT17s I think
about 25,000 for the front and 30,000 for the back
and
have replaced them with another set
of bridgestones...BT45's
and after around 9,000 on the front and 4,000 rear
there is not a lot of wear
so
ask me again in 2-3 years
