Curiousity

This question has probably been asked before but I couldn't find it and curiousity has now got the better of me.
Why is it some members have 'Team Hornet' etc. listed next to their names?
And is there a trick to putting a picture in your signature as I cannot figure that one out?
If anyone can help me out with these answers I'm sure it would help to decrease my stress levels.

"team Black" etc can be had once you have a few posts under your belt.
dont ebcome a post whore, or you'll end up like Brendan (hated)
you have newbie untill you have posted like 50-100 posts or something.
the picture in your sig, cannot be done unless you had it there b4 they were taken away. (ie oldies) but you can stick a picture in yoru avatar. it makes the site easier to read.

My curiousity is now satisfied.
As for being a post whore. I don't have time to put up that many posts, although I seem to be living on here while I'm at work because it is so quiet it's ridiculous.
