Got up this AM, sun shining...........
Jumped on the 9 and headed off to work, short way in a blue 10 pulls up next to me at the lights. Rode with him and a dude on a harley for about the next 10-15 K's, couple of little traffic light GP's to get away from the cars - nothing silly tho as its peak hour

The 9's midrange was proven here - seriously they were neck-a-neck
Had a few chats at the lights, turns out Mr 10 used to have a C model 9 - obviously has good taste. And the harley man was also appreciative of the "other" bikes abilities
Hope the rest of the day is as good as the ride to work........yep, one of those days

Good start to the day though.

pfftt... lucky bastard....
I got up this morning to find my credit card had been used to puchase $4000 worth of plain tickets in the UK and Barcelona.!!
and no, it wasn't me.... (I did terrogate the misses though..

)
Credit to ST George, who did notice the dodgy transactions, rang me and cancelled my card...
Unfortunately I'm maxed out for the rest of the month and takes 8 weeks to get the $ back.!!!

Are yes, you gotta luv the midrange on the 9s. I had something simler on Sunday coming back from Colettes place.
A guy on a TRX850 was filling up at the same servo, we took of together and the next set of lights he wants to test out the pulling power of the 9.
Well left him look from behind with his jaw open. Next set of lights this guy says "bloody quick for a 250". I look at him with disbelief, " it's a 900 cc mate".
"Is it new". "No its an 03". 'You must never ride in the rain then cause its so clean". " Farkin ride every Sunday rain hail or shine and wash and polish it".
Then stood the bike on the back wheel from 1st to 3rd. Never sore him again.... Pffft 250!!

Sweet Phil, those Harely boys get a bit confused watching Brett Stevens on SBS and think Hogs are quick.
Pity the only thing Harely is the badge.
Run on the weekend with about 50 bikes, the 12 got given its head a few times and opened some HD eyes in a big big way.
Getting passed on the back wheel when you are already flat will do that
