GPZ750 starter clutch and primary chain.

so yeah first on the "worn" catagory is the starter clutch, or gears, kinda misses everynow and then and is a bit noisey sometimes.
and i read in the 60000km service that it had a noisey primary chain.
i know the primary chain is a full strip down but how hard (read expensive as well) is doing a starter overhaul?
i have the manual, so i COULD probably attempt it.
