Hello to all,
I would like to introduce myself, my name is Ben Lister from Bikebiz
Kawasaki and soon to be triumph as well.
It has become common knowledge that from the 2nd April Bikebiz took over
the ownership of the Kawasaki store in Parramatta formally owned by
those Queenslanders team moto.
I started with Bikebiz motorcycles over 2 years ago as a salesperson and
have been asked by management to take on the roll of head Kawasaki
salesperson,Scott Stewart who also has worked with Bikebiz for over 4
years is the stores new sales manager.
On a personal note I am really looking forward to the challenge and
invite all of you to stop in and say hello, my aim is to assist everyone
where I can and to create a professional and friendly dealership and
become the number one Kawasaki store in NSW for customers to shop at.
Reading your Kawasaki forum I see there is some very good feedback and
some not so good feedback, the not so good feedback is back when I was
still at school :D and given the opportunity I will be able to leave the
past in the past and move forward.
Bikebiz motorcycles is in its 20th year and is still owned and operated
by 3 brothers.
Peter Condon has taken the roll of dealer pricipal for the Kawasaki
store and for you guys that may have had dealings the Peter in the past
will agree this is a very positive step toward this store being
succesful.
We are narly at the completion of alterations in store to house our new
accessories department and to house Triumph whitch we relocate from
bikebiz great western highway to parramatta rd.
Feel free to phone me on 96822999 and I will keep you all posted.

Thanks Ben

PS, We have put 3 ZX10R (08) deoms on, 1 with the Yoshi pipe, so please
ring me and I can arrange a test ride, we intend to have a solid range
of demo units avaiable.
Also we will be offering a VIP discount to all KSRC members when
purchasing accessories and genuine spare parts.

Hi Ben thanks for the introduction, Lucky I did not go into details from what happened many years ago with my dealings with BB... I say let sleeping dogs lie & I am willing to give you a go but am bit sceptical about what will happen. Are there team moto staff still there? as one of them is complete waste of space as far as parts interpritors (sp) goes, & Ben to be honest with you if I cant get information about parts for my bikes I will shop elseware its as simple as that. So herein lies the problem if a lot of our members had trouble with BB & the same staff are there, then what changes are being implemented to make sure that customer service is a top priority?

Hi Ben and welcome,

I just have one question for you and then i will move on, is the lead mechanic from either the days of Kawasaki Granville or the days of Team Moto still there? I will not make any statements about the business except that if you are using all the old staff i don't see the business growing or improving. The sales team at Kawasaki Granville were really good, Team Moto were a joke (one in particular) and after buying two bikes off them i found no assistance in the warranty department at all and was insulted by the head mechanic on two occasions.

PM me with the answers to keep them private or answer at your own free will

If you have a new team i am more than willing to shop with you, if not good luck with the venture.

regards,

Julian

the weather sucks this week hopefully next week it'll be better and I can come and have alook at the new beast.

Wow team moto sounds like shit, damn I've never dealt with them but wow the reviews are really negative.
Still I'm intrested in the zx10r hopefully will be able to test ride it.
Whats the price on one of them?

Gday Ben and welcome.
Great that you have become a sponsor to KSRC. May I suggest that you have an open day for KSRC only, to introduce ourselves to your team,
and check out the shop. Maybe offer some test rides on the bikes and a bbq wouldn't go astray. Would boost customer relations too.
Quite a few members out that way. Its just a thought.

Cheers Rod.

G'day and welcome mate. I work out that way quite regularly so will be sure to stop by and check out the store.

JetPilot is on to something with his KSRC meet and greet idea, i'd be in on that. Would also be a good opportunity for new club members like myself to meet a few of the old hands of the club.
Look forward to doing business with you champ.

Thats a bit harsh, we still don't know if any of the TM staff are still there & if so which ones? so i suggest you at least give them the benifit of the doubt before blasting off into the sunset :P
