I've always had good dealings with BB Yamaha, never bought a bike through there but a friend of mine has put some cash thru on two bikes plus mods. I still be heading to Kelens Kawa in Penrith. Small and a bit pricey but still family owned and run.

bb are doing good to me, at least they honored the warranty that team mofo wouldn't, in there on saturday and they fixed the front brakes and charged me nothing for changing the new front tyre

I've bought a bike from BB and I've heard nothing but good dealings with them. Sales guy was friendly, called me up after he'd sold me the bike just to see how it was going. No other stealership has even bothered once I left the parking lot. I was there 2 weeks ago and still pretty friendly people, wouldn't hesitate to get another bike from them.
I did see that they are now a Kawasaki dealer, they've got a new zx10r on display maybe they can let me test ride it 8)

I took their ZX10 out on Sat for a test ride. It is the orange one with the short Yoshi pipe.
As for the staff I have never had problems with them in the past. When they were Team Moto I would not spend my money there as they seemed like sharks.

I think they originally developed a bit of a bad rep when they were a second hand dealer. I bought a 426 off them a few years back and found them OK. I've met Peter Condon an few times as his son used to race at the same minibike club as my son and he'as a pretty reasonable bloke, although he's running a business so No1 is making money. What I will say is that they sponsor lots of stuff eg Minibike clubs etc eg they kicked our minibike club a PeeWee to raffle off
