Hi,
Can someone advise where in Sydney firstly where i can get another
motor for this bike and whether i can incorporate fitting a bigger size engine
to it without to much fuss.
Second option was to have the motor rebuilt is there a specialist who can do this
job without too much expense
Regards
Brian

Rattly how?

A loose internal chain can sound pretty nasty. The primary on them hasn't got a guide or tensioner, so any tuning issues can show up as a slappy chain which can sound pretty horrible. Give it a thorough tune up before deciding to replace anything (assuming it's not blowing huge clouds of blue!). Even then, the primary could just be stretched.

Also check the cam chain/tensioner.
