It's in Northern Italy called Stelvio Pass, Moto Guzzi ( sorry for swearing) named a new model after it...

My niece has a photo of her standing on top of one of thos mountains, one side Italy, another side Switzerland and I think another country on naother side too

Wasn't this the section of road that the Top Gear lads decided was the best driving road in the world (and when we say world they limited their search to Norhtern Europe but hey!)...???
