looking at a 06 zx636r with 8 thousand on the clocks looks to be in good nick, whats a reasonable price to pay for one??

They ran out the 07' for about 12k so it would make it worth somehwere around 10 less the spend!

Just sold my 05 with 10K and about 1K in extras for low 9s, so I'd be thinking mid-high 9's depending on condition, extras, rego, tyres, etc, etc.
Strika, not to try and beat a dead horse even deader, but that 12K price no doubt excluded rego, ctp, d/delivery and stamp duty.

Just as an aside wtf is dealer delivery all about? I reckon if I buy the bike I should be ok to ride the bastard home...

Dealer delivery is..uncarton bikes....bolt things in places as per Mr Kawasakis lego manuals and
pump up tyres, fit seat and battery, fill engine with oil, radiator with coolant and most importantly
...for us, brake fluid in them lil' containers. All that sorta stuff, plus clean off all the shipping preservative stuff
build stickers, lube chain fill with petrol and when sold do all the VicToads rego and paperwork and
phew....do the sale paperwork and lodge warranty stuff with Kwaka Oz and kiss ya arse when you hand over
folding $$$ for this luvverly piece of japanese engineering that brings a smile to ya dial

what dealer delivery is all about
remember..unlike a cage, if ya local Kwaka dealer pharks up any of the above steps and you get hurt
or injured they are in deep shit. In a cage, it will stop or the airbag will go off...A bike is different
