GPZ750 Handlebar Risers

Hello,

Old age (not that old, but high mileage) means I need to raise the handlebars a bit on my 1983 GPZ750 (shoulder and back etc, etc), so I’m after a ‘riser’ (or something that creates that effect)

I've seen varying styles of these available for many other bikes but not for this one.

Any suggestions on a possible solution ?

Many thanks

gulf

you'll be flat out finding any aftermarket risers for that model.

The cheapest and easiest solution is to drill and tap a couple of holes in the top clamp, fit some normal tube-type clamps and some MX bars. You will also need longer clutch and throttle cables, and longer front brake lines.
