No fuel at 1/2 way house on the Putty

From the mcc of nsw
Evening all, the halfway cafe on the putty doesn't have fuel anymore.
This is due to BP charging the owners 12 cents a litre for cartage to get the fuel there as I found out on Thursday when I went through.
Also the servo at the Colo river will never sell fuel again. His tanks were leaking & the RTA won't let him put new tanks in as they reckon he is too close to the river, so its refuel at the ampol on top of the hill or broke.
cheers Greg

This servo is supplied by a fuel distributor called Simpsons, who are charging primary and secondary rates, which is way over the usual rate. I am in talks with head office to try and get the customer supplied direct, but it may be that the site doesn not come up to spec required to be a primary BP Servo.

They need to do the right thing and put up 'Last Fuel' signs at either end, if I owned the servo's at either end, it would be the first thing I'd do....but as they say, You cant buy common sense !!
