Hey all,

Just wanted to pass on the good news, sold the ZX6R today and came
home with a demo model 07 Z1000 beast. (well actually i pick it up saturday)

friggen sweeeeet..

in the end decided to go the 1000 over the 750 as since i'm getting married at the end
of the year this is probably the last chance i'll get to buy a bike... after that its keep what you have
but never again buy a bike!

Very nice, with the exception of the exhaust trumpet but I'm sure people will come to like them. Congrats on both the bike and the upcoming wedding.

Grats mate she looks ace, gotta agree with above re the exhaust though, they're frigin massive.

goto do some research about exhausts, guys there were working hard to up sell me a couple of Yoshi tri ovals. $1450 + install

maybe even a couple of oval staintunes.. not sure yet, carbon would look great, but too expensive!

not onyl will he do it for free, you can drink his beer with Hoffy and i while he does it

then we can see if the pipe fits the pirate, it need a quieter pipe.

Can I have the old can? I need a rainwater tank.

You're still invited out with the 750's, BTW i know that corner in the pic very well, i got my GPX and my ZZR600 from that exact spot......don't bother going back to them with warranty issues or services, take it out to flywheels...

Also,

Go to these guys for the parts (i think) at least have a look. I am about to buy the Ermax undertail tray and hugger, I haven't bought from them but have had some communication in the last couple of days and they seem like good guys.
