Tried to buff it out as our good mate Hoffy suggested , but it didn't work, so it was time for a change...

Thanks Dave, but apart from the fact that Joy has been away for 6 weeks, it's also our wedding aniversary on new years eve.....carefully selected in case dimentia sets in.... We'll no doubt have a few drinks to your health as well.....

OK, I suppose,it still has a few creases, but I'll have to take the rear section off again, only after I put it together and riveted it back I realised that the end bit I put back facing upward. I got the same rear sets as what Goss has, only done the gearbox side, yet to do the other, it seems ok. Tomorrow planning to book in for the 12th of Jan at EC Oh, and got new slicks as well .

Doh. So have you come to an arrangement with the manufacturer to import those rearsets too . We're busy trying to decide which trackday to do over here.

you dill, the Carol County Incident was on Turn 7 !!! - strangest thing, I had watched Pete through the same turn for 1 or 2 laps, and the 3rd time was same line - same speed - same angle ......???? only a couple of meters in front of me as well.....best thing was coming around next lap and seeing him up and about. Very happy about that !!
