Selling it for a 12
ive found a zx12r for sale good price good kms i want it.
i have the cash to do so but my girlfriend will stab me in my sleep if i own two motorbikes at the same time again after what happened the last time i did that.
i really want to offload the fireblade and i was wondering what websites get the most coverage/are the most popular.

Re: Selling it for a 12
bikepoint or bikesales.com (1 of them has twice the bike on sale though)
motorbike trader mag also.
i certainly wouldn't look on ebay for a bike ...
ebays always felt a little dodgy to me.. especially for big expensive mechanical items
despcriptions don't tell you enough of what might be actually mechanically or physically wrong with it.
least with the other websites people can come see it in person.
otherwise stick a big for sale sign on it.

Sounds like you have the right idea getting rid of the Honda for a barge.
Me personally Bike Point and Bike Sales has worked for me in the past.
Good luck and speedy sale...

Re: Selling it for a 12
i don't like bike point its full of bikeshop ads which shits me, i goto a bike shop if i want to look at there ads, Bike sales is good, i like the layout, its always full of good stuff and u can't search for private sales!
I would go there!
other option is put a sheet over eth blade and pretend its not a bike ??!?!?

Don't know what the prices are like but may as well go all three or four or whatever your thinking. Ebay can be good to sell on. Ive seen some bikes with damage go for more than they are worth.

Try Newcastle Motorcycle Wholesale in Lang Road Broadmeadow, directly opposite the Kawasaki Dealers, I think he does consignment sales, advertises that he buys and sells, open 7 days and always seems to have a few customers in the shop, and as hoffy said, good choice of bike the 12

PM Benno perhaps, he was looking for a bike to park on the footpath while he sucks latte's and the Blade comes highly recommended for that evidently
