We used to have a perfectly good hydro electric scheme. No need for gas. But because they're not really capable of running even a chook raffle, they stuffed it up. Then some clown had the bright idea to get a bloody great extension lead and plug it into Victoria's coal fired system - there goes our 'clean green' image - telling us that we could sell our surplus power.

Trouble with that is it didn't happen. Then just to prove what a total bunch of incompetents they really are, they decide to build a gas pipeline from one end of the state to the other, so that big industry can save money on the electrickery we are now importing from Victoria over a cable that we are leasing. To make it pay though you gotta have residential customers to subsidise it. So now we got a pipeline that goes right past the people who don't even want gas - and the ones who do want it live too far from the pipeline to make it worthwhile.

Talk about build it and they didn't come ...

rossi, I gotta question your line of thinking I must say though... given that in 2 years (or ore is it) i've seen you on the bike ONCE!!!! Wtf do you bother? Like Mario so you can sit on it and make vroom vroom noises at GP time?
We poured buckets on Mina bout his time riding but in reality he was hardcore in comparison to you two...

Mick,
I get out on the bike at every opportunity....if I finish work early I jump on the bike and just go for a run round, in other words I just follow where the front wheel is pointing
It's been too farkin cold recently
I don't post up about it cos I never know when I am going to finish early.
Had a tootle into Vic Market today had coffee ....got pissed off with the traffic so we had a bit of a clearout of the exhausts

up the back of the airport.......home - beer, roast beef, and a nap

..........What more could a man make of a Sunday

pay rego.. smarter choice.. if your cold.. go warm up the bike.. use the exhaust as a heater.
and if your hot.. well.. take the bike out to cool down
solves all problems
